ServeSA Trading (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2007 by Charles Pritchard. Its initial focus was on the provision of information technology staffing services to corporate South Africa. The offering has since expanded to include specialist placements, training and procurement services, with the investment goal of uplifting South Africans that are most in need of help. By virtue of being fully owned by not-for-profit charities, all of ServeSA’s proceeds are used to help to build a better South Africa.

Charles Pritchard
Non Executive Director
Charles is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of the Entelect group of companies, which includes ServeSA Trading. He received his BSc (Eng) and PhD from the University of the Witwatersrand where he also spent nine years as senior lecturer. Charles is passionate about bringing people closer to Jesus Christ and uplifting the poor and marginalised in South Africa. One of his objectives is to help to build businesses like ServeSA on a pro bono basis so that the profits can be used to support those in need. He spends much of his time working in

Fatima Capelhina
General Manager
Fatima holds a BBA degree in Business Management and Communications from the University of South Africa. She started her career in retail and later moved into procurement, dealing with large corporate entities and retailers, sourcing product specific to their needs from international factories. In 2022, Fatima joined ServeSA because of her desire to support the company’s vision to help and uplift South Africans in need. Her current portfolio is to oversee ServeSA’s Placements, Training and Procurement divisions.
